I'm Aayah Khalaf, a certified IIN health coach based in Washington state, I am the owner and founder of Bee Nourished, a health coaching initiative dedicated to helping muslim women hit their health and weight goals by creating life long habits empowered by their faith and trust in Allah.
Muslim women have very different life goals than anyone else, they are trying to juggle their family, faith and personal goals all together all while staying true to what they think is right! We want to be the best mums for our kids, wives to our husbands, and slaves to Allah, all while also finding time to go to the gym and drink our green juice every morning right? This is not an easy to balance to create, and on that journey sometimes we lose ourselves, and we find that we losing touch with all our goals. We gain weight, we lose our energy and spark, and our life starts to fall in front of our eyes!
