Flaxseed Kale Koftah

 2 lbs ground beef
 2 lbs ground lamb
 2 cups chopped kale
 ¼ cup chopped cilantro
 ¼ cup chopped parsley
 2 onions chopped
 4 tsp Himalayan salt
 ½ tsp black pepper
 ½ tsp all spice
 ½ tsp cardamon powder
 ¼ tsp nut meg
 1 cup ground flaxseed

Finely chop the kale, cilantro, onion, and parsley in a food processor until very fine

Add the chopped veggies to the 4 lb of ground lamb and beef

Add the flaxseed and spices and blend well with your hand until all incorporated

Shape into fingers and grill or cook under broil in oven for 6 min. on each side
