½ lb Fresh mushroom
1 Onion
2 tbsp dried tomato
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp Soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut onion into thin slices

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry your onion until carmelized

Add mushroom and let it cook for 5 min.

Add green beans, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, close the lid and let it cook for 6-8 min.
