
Start by mixing the yeast in one cup of warm water and tbsp of honey and let it activate
In a bowl mix all your dry ingredients, mix it then add the water with yeast and olive oil, knead by hand until its a firm dough if it's hard, add a bit more water slowly and knead
Cover and let it rise for one hour
In a food processor mix onion, parsley, tomato sauce, pomegranate concentrate, and spices until very fine then add them to the ground lamb meat
Now divide the dough into 6 balls, flatten them out between two parchment papers then top with one large tbsp of meat or more to your liking
Spread meat into a thin layer, preheat oven at 450 degrees and put your pies for 15-20 min until golden and crunchy from the bottom
You can repeat the same steps with a mixture of Zaatar and olive oil
