 ¼ cup Hemp seeds
 1 tbsp Chia seeds
 1 tbsp Coconut flakes
 1 tbsp Rolled oats
 1 tbsp Peanut butter
 ¼ cup Almond milk
 6 drops Pure monk fruit drops

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl

Warm for about a minute in the microwave

Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve!
