 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
 ½ cup coconut flour
 1 tbsp olive oil
 ¼ tsp baking powder
 pinch of salt
 1 cup warm water

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl

Add water slowly while mixing until it forms a dough, it needs between 1 and 1 1/2 cups of warm water, so keep mixing and add slowly until you get a thick dough consistency

Divide dough into 6 balls, and flatten it with a tortilla press between two parchment papers

Heat a cast-iron pan and cook for about 1 min on each side or until golden and bubbly
