Salmon Crab burger

 2 cups cooked salmon meat or canned salmon
 1 cup crab meat
 ½ cup almond flour
 1 egg
 1 red bell pepper
 1 onion
 ¼ cup chopped dill
 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
 ¼ tsp salt, pepper and nutmeg
Mango salsa
 1 mango
 1 Tomato
 ¼ cup chopped cilantro
 1 tbsp green onion

Chop onion and bell pepper into small cubes and saute for 5 min.

Cook your salmon or use canned salmon, and in a blender mix all ingredients together with just a few alow pulses, you don't want it to be mushy

Shape them into 8 burgers

Put in the oven at 450° for 15 min. or until browned

Mango salsa

Chop all ingredients and mix together in a bowl

Put them on top of the burgers at the time of serving
